Mike's Thoughts on September 11th
Everyone realized that September 11, 2001 would change not only our own lives, but the course of history for our country. I was no different than anyone and I wanted to put what I was feeling on paper for myself and for my children some day. It took me ten days to actually do it, but here is what I wrote on September 21, 2001 uncut and uncensored. This essay was later edited and printed in the Councillor.
